Developed by Jonathan Chase recognised worldwide as one of the masters of mind coaching and his skilled team made up from Martial Arts, Sales and Marketing experts.

BIG is a fast, fun and effective way of building team cohesion, confidence, performance and at the same time developing individual fulfilment and satisfaction.

Based around the astounding START profiling and the five stages of behaviour cycle, BIG itself has 5 components.

Breathe - Stretch - Hydrate - Focus - Attitude

The BIG system is presented by our highly trained Master Facilitators in an introductory half day workshop format followed by monthly 45 minute BIG booster sessions for business teams and groups of individuals in the process of building their own teams.

This is not a one hit wonder approach as many motivational team building and development interventions are. This is a process and programme designed not to just enhance but to sustain that enhancement.

Although the BIG head office team has been together and in their complimentary fields for over three decades testing and honing the simple approaches behind the system to its bleeding edge status, this is a fairly new business and we may not yet have a Master Facilitator in your area.
